9-Step Steam Cleaning Extraction Process:

1. Assess upholstery composition
2. Determine price according to price list
3. Pre Vacuum (to remove surface dirt)
4. Pre Spray w/detergent (similar to a pre-wash treatment)
5. Agitate with an upholstery wand (to loosen dirt deep in fabric and batting)
6. Dwell time (several minute wait for detergent to begin working)
7. Rinse with conditioner and Extract (vacuum up any excess dirt, detergent, and water)
8. Use Air Movers to accelerate drying time
9. Apply scotch guard while upholstery is damp, will dry deep down in fibers to help protect
